We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Head of Entertainment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing entertainment delivery across
4 core parks
and develop a structured entertainment plan for the remaining 16 parks. This role is to ensure consistent, high-quality entertainment that enhances the Lyons guest experience and supports commercial goals.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
Lead and support entertainment teams across 4 parks, ensuring high performance and consistent standards.
Develop and implement a clear, scalable entertainment programme for all 16 remaining parks.
Conduct regular park visits and provide hands-on support where needed.
Manage recruitment, training, and development of entertainment staff.
Entertainment Programming
Create and schedule seasonal and weekly entertainment suitable for all guest demographics.
Design, teach, and oversee choreographed dance pieces, stage shows, and performance content.
Source and coordinate external acts, suppliers, and production partners.
Quality, Compliance & Brand Standards
Ensure all entertainment meets Lyons brand expectations and safety requirements.
Monitor guest feedback and adjust programmes to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with Operations and Marketing to support events and guest experience initiatives.
Budget & Planning
Manage entertainment budgets across all parks.
Ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery while maximising value for guests
Requirements
Essential
Multi-site entertainment management experience (holiday parks, leisure, or similar).
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to choreograph and direct dance routines and performances.
Experience in entertainment programming, event planning, and show creation.
Budget management and commercial awareness.
Ability to travel regularly across the park network.
Desirable
Experience developing large-scale entertainment frameworks.
Background in performance or production.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
