Head of Event Operations



Rhubarb Hospitality Collection & Bovingdon's Catering | London



We are seeking an exceptional Head of Event Operations to lead the delivery of world class events across the Rhubarb Hospitality Collection and Bovingdon's Catering portfolio. This role operates at the heart of London's most iconic and prestigious venues -- from world-renowned museums and historic stately homes to distinguished livery halls.



Working closely with our sister company, Bovingdon's Catering, you will be responsible for orchestrating flawless, high profile events across our accredited venue portfolio, ensuring every experience reflects the highest standards of premium hospitality.

The Role




This is a hands on leadership position for a confident and accomplished hospitality professional who thrives on the event floor. You will lead from the front -- inspiring teams, delivering exceptional briefings, and maintaining complete operational control from pre-event planning through to final guest departure.



From intimate private celebrations and corporate launches to glamorous charity galas and large scale fine dining events, you will ensure every occasion exceeds client expectations and delivers truly memorable guest experiences.



You will seamlessly transition between behind the scenes operational leadership and a polished, client facing presence.

You bring:



Extensive leadership experience within high end event delivery Exceptional organisational and communication skills A calm, authoritative presence on the floor The ability to inspire, develop, and lead large operational teams Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
