Student Castle Property Management Services manage their assets under 2 main brands - Student Castle & Capitol Students. We also manage more properties which do not directly fall under these brands but fall under our direct management. We have assets in 25 cities across the UK.
The Head of Facilities Management is responsible for leading the facilities strategy, operations, and compliance across the company's student accommodation portfolio, including Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) and high-rise assets. The role will ensure that all properties are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and aligned with company objectives, driving value for residents, investors, and stakeholders.
This key leadership role manages a team of 4 Regional Facilities Managers and plays a vital part in the ongoing strategy of service delivery throughout a varied estate.
This role will ideally be based within commutable distance to the London Head Office but will also require travel to a national portfolio.
