What You'll Do:

Lead and manage the English and Maths curriculum across Abingdon and Witney campuses. Champion innovative teaching and learning strategies that raise achievement and engagement. Collaborate with cross-college teams to embed English and Maths into vocational pathways. Use data-driven insights to shape curriculum development and improve learner outcomes. Inspire and develop a high-performing team of lecturers and support staff.
