Our client, a leading national consultancy, is seeking an experienced Head of Farming to drive their farming business strategy and cultivate client relationships across the UK.Position OverviewAs Head of Farming, you will lead the team through significant changes in agricultural policy, implementing effective business plans and driving high performance across the department while maintaining key client relationships.ResponsibilitiesImplement effective business plans and visionDrive high performance across the Farming departmentCultivate existing clients and establish new relationshipsOversee processes to manage risk, quality, and profitabilityDevelop a culture of process improvementManage P&L for the Farming departmentCommunicate financial information to relevant stakeholdersBe a visionary and inspirational leaderInspire, coach, mentor, and develop successorsInstill an ethos of business developmentIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute regional and national business development plansRequirementsDemonstrable record in the Farming sector with strong consultancy and client management backgroundPrevious experience in team leadership and ability to inspire enhanced performanceStrong market profile as a leader and new business generatorSignificant experience delivering presentations, reports, and commentary across various mediaStrong interpersonal, social, and communication skillsCompetent and experienced agricultural consultantDemonstrable knowledge of the wider agricultural sector and its evolutionDemonstrate team leadership potential and ability to facilitate career developmentSales-oriented with ability to identify new business opportunitiesHow to ApplyIf you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, please apply.
