Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial excellence? We're looking for a Head of Finance to join our high-performing Finance & Performance team and lead the day-to-day management of our accounting operations.


This is a key leadership role where you'll ensure our financial controls are watertight, our processes run smoothly, and our annual audit is delivered with confidence and clarity.

About the Role

You'll be managing a team of 4 talented finance professionals and reporting directly to our Director of Finance & Performance. The wider team is 7 strong, collaborative, and committed to driving performance across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading daily financial operations and ensuring robust financial governance Overseeing the production of audited annual accounts Driving process improvements and efficiency across finance systems Coaching and developing your team to deliver outstanding results

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in financial management and team leadership Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit processes A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process optimisation Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
