Trelleborg Antivibration Solutions (AVS) develops and manufactures vibration components and system solutions. These are used in the rail vehicle industry, wind energy, agricultural and construction machinery as well as various selected industrial applications. Summary of the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Head of Finance and Control to take the lead on financial, fiscal and compliance reporting across our UK and US entities. This high-impact role blends strategic oversight, technical excellence, and team leadership. You'll not only be the financial backbone of the UK legal entity--with a deep focus on product costing--you'll also align finance teams at our Leicester and South Haven sites to deliver on key business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead fiscal and compliance reporting for UK and US entities to Group Maintain and enhance product costing accuracy and systems Collaborate with operational and sales leaders to steer business planning and cost recovery Oversee cash/currency forecasting, reporting and hedging strategies Prepare statutory and tax returns with precision and timeliness Ensuring the timely preparation of all government and legal returns including Intrastat /VAT/HMRC. Compliance with Trelleborg Internal Controls and all legal compliance matters working with the Compliance Officers Develop and improve commercial revenue & margin forecasting processes and accuracy metrics to measure the performance of the business and drive success Ensure accurate completion of BU, BA and Group reporting packs

Your Profile

Minimum of University degree or equivalent experience in a Finance related field Qualified accountant with minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance position Proven track record in supporting, engaging, shaping and delivering business strategies. Can contribute towards our way of doing business; but will come up with innovative solutions and understands the significant role they play in the overall success of the company.
