Are you a finance leader who thrives on uncovering insights, asking the right questions, and driving meaningful business decisions? As the Head of Finance, you'll do more than oversee financial operations -you'll dive deep into the business, understanding its key drivers, identifying opportunities, and providing strategic guidance that fuels growth and efficiency.
HGEM is the leader in its field, working with many well-known hospitality businesses for over 20 years to help them measure and improve through the use of data and insights gained from feedback sites, reviews and mystery guest audits.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Finance is responsible for leading the finance and accounting functions. Your ability to partner across the business to connect financial data with business strategy will be instrumental in shaping our future. You will work closely with both our business operation in the UK and (remotely) with our corporate finance team in North America.
We nurture a positive working environment where you will have a real opportunity to make a difference as part of a friendly team. Note that our office is based in the centre of Bath and you should be within reasonable commuting distance (although we do support hybrid working).
