Head of Finance - Exclusive Opportunity | Glasgow | Route to Finance Director
Salary c 90,000 plus benefits
Lusona is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in Glasgow to recruit a Head of Finance for a pivotal leadership role within a dynamic and growing business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified accountant with strong all-round accounting skills and proven leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO, supporting strategic decision-making and helping guide the business through a significant phase of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations across multiple entities
- Lead and develop the Finance Team, including direct management of the Financial Controller
- Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, and systems
- Support the CFO with strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide insightful analysis to aid commercial decision-making
- Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong technical and commercial finance experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Ambitious and driven, with a clear desire to progress to Finance Director
