Job Description
Lead the charity's finance function, driving robust financial management, compliance, and strategic insight to support its long-term goals.
Lead the finance team, ensuring effective financial management and governance across the charity.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Maintain and enhance financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
Provide clear financial guidance to senior leaders and trustees.
Support long-term planning and strategic initiatives through financial insight and analysis.
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes.Provide financial insight and leadership to support growth and sustainability.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Extensive experience in charity or not-for-profit finance.
Proven track record in a Head of Finance or senior finance leadership role.
Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.
Excellent communicator, able to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Our client is a respected national charity with a complex financial operation and multiple funding streams.
Salary up to 70,000 per annum, DoE.
Hybrid working - 3 days per week on site.
