Job Description

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this fantastic organisation based in Durham, with the recruitment of a qualified Head of Finance. Working closely with the management team, your duties will be as follows:

Overseeing all day-to-day financial operations and ensuring all full efficiency Managing the finance team and providing strong leadership Working with the team in producing the management accounts Preparation quarterly financial reports Responsible for budgets, forecasting and variance analysis Ensuring robust financial controls are in place Monitoring cashflow and preparing cashflow forecasts monthly Overseeing strict debt collection processes Responsible for financial reporting and regulatory compliance System implementation and optimisation
You will be a qualified Accountant and will have worked in a similar role previously. You will be keen to be an integral member of the senior leadership team; advising with strategy and long-term plans. Strong financial leadership is essential and you will have solid IT skills, particularly Excel.
