Job Description
KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this fantastic organisation based in Durham, with the recruitment of a qualified Head of Finance. Working closely with the management team, your duties will be as follows:
- Overseeing all day-to-day financial operations and ensuring all full efficiency
- Managing the finance team and providing strong leadership
- Working with the team in producing the management accounts
- Preparation quarterly financial reports
- Responsible for budgets, forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensuring robust financial controls are in place
- Monitoring cashflow and preparing cashflow forecasts monthly
- Overseeing strict debt collection processes
- Responsible for financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- System implementation and optimisation
