We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Head of Finance NFR - Group Regulatory Reporting.
The role is a leadership position within the Controllership sub-function in the broader Finance, Sustainability and Group External Communications ("FS&GEC") function and is responsible for governing, driving improvements to and advising on regulatory reporting risks and controls. This involves leading the Regulatory Reporting Non-Financial Risk ("NFR") Management team and supporting the embedding of new controls as we seek to continuously enhance our regulatory reporting processes and controls.
The role also involves representing the Controllership sub-function in senior forums, providing insights on remediation, and maintaining the control environment. It requires promoting desired behaviours and driving stakeholder engagement to support control enhancements. Finally, the role would also be the lead for the Controllership sub-function on the programme to implement strategic regulatory reporting tooling which will take place over the coming years.
