We are looking for a Head of Finance who can take charge of the numbers across both businesses, keep things running smoothly, and help guide our growth.

The Role

As our Head of Finance, you will be the go-to person for everything financial. From budgets and reporting to payroll, taxes, and audits, you will make sure both businesses stay financially healthy.

You will also lead and mentor our finance teams, helping them grow while making processes simpler and more efficient.

What You'll Do

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for both businesses. Oversee payroll administration, accounts, cash flow, and treasury management. Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Xero accounting software. Ensure compliance with UK tax laws, VAT, audits, and industry regulations. Prepare clear financial reports and share insights to guide business decisions. Maintain strong internal controls and minimize financial risk. Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative culture. Support business leaders with strategic financial advice.
Who You Are

You have 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Qualified: CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent. Experienced in Xero accounting software and payroll administration. Confident managing accounts, budgets, cash flow, and tax compliance. Analytical, organized, and able to explain complex financial information simply. A natural leader who can motivate a team and work with multiple departments. Experience managing multi-entity businesses is a bonus.
