CMA Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a pioneering organisation at the forefront of technology to appoint a Head of Finance within its expanding commercial finance team.
Working closely with multiple entities, this role provides financial leadership, strategic analysis, and insight to support investment decisions and business growth. The successful candidate will manage multi-currency P&L reporting and act as the key link between divisional operations and Group Finance.
What will the Head of Finance role involve?

• Act as a senior finance business partner and member of the SLT, with full P&L ownership and commercial influence
• Oversee and review P&Ls across global entities, producing consolidated results and meaningful commentary
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management at both project and Group level
• Build and present investment cases, financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Provide actionable recommendations on pricing, margins, and capital allocation

Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong grounding in financial control and proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance. Excellent financial modelling skills
• Background in Defence or Maritime sectors is highly desirable
• Excellent communicator with the confidence to partner with and challenge C-suite stakeholders
