The role



You'll provide specialist SAP S/4 HANA knowledge across the Finance Transformation (FT) Team within MAG's enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation -- a strategic 20 million programme enabling our future operating model. You'll strategically shape and deliver the future-state finance function, which is digitally enabled, globally standardised, and aligned with our growth ambitions. You'll achieve successful business outcomes for the programme, within the agreed business case by providing assurance, guidance and direction and you'll build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, Programme Directors and Sponsors.


What will make you successful in the role?



You'll be a proven finance transformation leader, with a strong record of delivering SAP S/4HANA greenfield programmes (including Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Embedded Analytics), and at least one global full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation. You'll have hands-on experience in design, build, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover for Finance in S/4HANA with a demonstrable ability to challenge and guide System Integrator Partners based on lessons learned from previous programmes. You'll also bring a forward-thinking mindset, a strong understanding of enterprise-wide change, as well as experience of delivering Finance solutions that balance innovation with operational practicality. You'll be an effective communicator, with strong stakeholder management, change management, influencing, leadership and collaboration skills.
