A superb Head of Finance role has arisen in a leading heritage retail brand based in West London
The Head of Finance is responsible for:

• Providing sound financial support and insights following controlling analysis to enable the leadership team to make critical business decisions.
• Managing treasury operations including cash flow management
• Presenting financial results, following controlling providing P&L and insights to the Board.
• Overseeing RTR, RTD, Accounts Payable, OTC, Tax, Treasury, FPA and IT functions.
• Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisation is compliant with accounting standards.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders, such as banks, tax authorities, Corporate Finance, Controlling and Tax, and local entity management (including change management regarding new F&A business model).
• Ensuring that all processes are defined and fully compliant with internal policies
• Ensuring that local compliance and controls are robust

A successful candidate will ideally be:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a matrix organisation
• CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong business, commercial and financial acumen; experience in retail business would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of MS Office package; knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP System) would be considered an advantage.
• Ability to develop a performing team, and to identify, develop and promote talents.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on accuracy
• Problem solving skills with a clear solution mindset

Globally the business turnover nearly $2b and the UK is in a period of growth with revenue just shy of 100m. Over the last 5 years the business has transformed their portfolio. Designing and manufacturing innovative, inspiring products and as they push in to the luxury consumer space.
The business has a rich history and utilising the latest technology to create immersive retail experiences within their stores. Additionally they have engaged a number of successful brand partnership campaigns to underpin their strategy.
Whilst the business manufacture and have an e-commerce presence they are looking for an accomplished Head of Finance to lead their retail operations across the UK&I.
The Head of Finance role comes with a base salary of 90,000-100,000 plus car allowance, 20% bonus, 25 days annual leave, discounts, pension and hybrid working (3 days in their modern, stylish offices in West London).
