The role of the

Head of Finance Operations

is to work with the Senior Director and the wider business as the Group grows, to ensure day-to-day transactional Finance runs efficiently whilst delivering an effective control framework and positive outcomes for both the Group's financial audit and the SAR audit of the Group's regulated firms.

Requirements:



Accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA or equivalent) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Able to manage relationships. Professional approach. Understanding of the Regulatory framework.

This role involves but is not limited to:



Planning, managing, and executing the annual SAR audit process for all regulated firms in the Group ensuring all information requested by external auditors is produced accurately and in a timely manner. Support the Group's financial audit and annual report processes to ensure timely sign off with minimal issues. Ensure financial data is accurately captured in financial systems. Manage cashflow and balances in accordance with direction from the Group FD. Training and supporting staff within the department and wider Group to include annual SAR refreshers.
