Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It's nice to be able to say things like that but we're not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it's possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we're trying to get better in pretty much every way. what you'll be doing
Are you ready to lead the financial heartbeat of a purpose-led brand?

We're looking for our next Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Someone who thrives on strategic thinking, loves turning numbers into narratives, and wants to help shape the future of our business.

This isn't just about planning cycles and reporting routines. It's about partnering with our CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership team to drive performance, make smart investment choices, and ensure we're set up for long-term success. You'll lead a mid-size team, guide our planning processes, and be a key voice in how we measure, manage, and grow.

Additionally, you'll be

Leading the Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP) processes, translating our 2030 Future vision of doubling our revenue into bold, actionable financial plans. Owning consolidated reporting across the business, partnering with the CFO and Board to surface insights, ensure accuracy, and guide decisions. Transforming how we do FP&A: Simplify reporting, digitise processes, and elevate the quality of business insights--making it easier for teams to make smarter choices, faster. Partnering with purpose: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing and Innovation to ensure financial rigour in everything from Marketing spend to sustainability and innovation cycles. Championing financial discipline: From OPEX and CAPEX to risk tracking and sound internal controls, you'll keep us sharp, compliant, and future-ready. Lead and inspire: Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and internal growth.
you'll have
A solid grounding in financial governance alongside FP&A expertise, ensuring balance between strategic insight and operational rigour. Collaboratively with all team members, guiding and coaching to develop skills, capabilities, and behaviours. Strong partnering expertise and able to quickly understand the internal stakeholder landscape and their respective motivators to enable effective influencing Able to balance the analytical and data driven approach with creativity / intuition to get to the best outcomes. Be an effective and value-adding member of the Finance leadership team as well as innocent leadership group. High level of curiosity to be innovative and improve the way we go about providing our services, to build a better innocent.
you'll get
The chance to lead your finance team, interact with the broader Marketing team, and closely collaborate with our Board & senior key stakeholders. The ability to influence the direction of the business - both on a 1 and multi-year time horizon - across many senior forums. Be at the heart of the challenge of re-shaping our P&L to enable us to invest more in the brand and deliver our ambitions for the future. Sit in the driver seat of the transformation journey of our reporting, forecasting and planning processes. Exposure to group-level reporting and governance frameworks, including interaction with our shareholder The Coca-Cola Company.
