Head of Food Chef - Business & Industry Sector
Growing Contract Catering Company
Mainly Monday-Friday | Occasional Evenings & Weekends as Required

We are a rapidly expanding contract catering company operating within the Business & Industry sector, and we're looking for a Head of Food Operations to oversee, elevate, and innovate our food offer across the business.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of our food strategy across all B&I sites.
Work closely with our Head Chefs to maintain consistency, quality, and creativity in our menus and service delivery.
Implement operational plans that enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Drive innovation-transforming ideas into practical solutions that support growth and enhance our brand.
Ensure compliance with food safety, cost control, and business standards.
Support new openings, major events, and seasonal projects.
Motivate and develop culinary and operational teams across the company.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in multi-site food operations, ideally within the B&I sector.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver results.
A passion for great food and an eye for detail.
Ability to collaborate with chefs, managers, and senior leadership teams.
Innovative mindset with the drive to support business growth.
Flexibility to work mainly Monday to Friday, with evening or weekend support when required.
