Sport4Kids are looking for an exciting, driven and passionate Head of Football Academy.

Having grown exponentially over the past year, S4K are looking to recruit a Head of Football Academy to join the mission to revolutionise children's sport.

This exciting role will involve...

Overseeing the development of the S4K Football Academy programme specifically in the Slough & Windsor area, and supporting the overall growth and development in Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire. Developing training for football coaches to deliver the product. Carrying out quality assurance on coach performance. Working alongside the S4K Football Club Chairman to continue progressing children into competitive matches and leagues. Support S4K FC teams and managers in developing teams in local leagues Being responsible and driving the growth of the S4K Football Academy footprint locally. Carrying out coaching within the S4K Football Academy.
This role is suited to an entrepreneurial individual who has dreamed of playing a role in shaping the future of football in the UK and beyond. The ideal candidate should:

Relevant football coaching qualifications (e.g. FA, UEFA, Coerver) Be proficient with IT and able to use PowerPoint, Excel and Word Be able to work on their own initiative. Have some experience in managing people or a team. Enjoying coaching and have a passion for child development. Live within commutable distance of Bagshot, Surrey and have their own car.
