We're hiring a Head of Future Channels to lead one of our high-impact Product Pods. This role is uniquely positioned to drive the integration of third-party platforms and strategic partnerships into our digital ecosystem, setting it apart from other Product roles.


Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the Head of Future Channels identifies opportunities where external platforms and partnerships, enhanced by AI-driven personalization, automation, and predictive insights, can transform the customer experience and bring TUI products to new channels. You'll define the product vision, validate commercial benefits, and ensure integrations deliver measurable results, improving conversion rates and average order value. Through continuous discovery and performance monitoring, you'll foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, embedding smart, scalable solutions into the broader product strategy.

ABOUT THE JOB

Lead and manage a group of cross-functional product teams, ensuring effective collaboration across Product, Design, and Technology Define a clear 3-year product vision and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with business goals Establish continuous product discovery practices, coaching teams to identify and assess opportunities Oversee stakeholder requirements, validating business value and ensuring timely documentation for prioritization Engage senior stakeholders to gain alignment and represent the product team in leadership forums Drive feature delivery, removing roadblocks and ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver value Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, linking performance metrics to roadmap priorities and resource allocation Coach Product Managers, fostering innovation, customer focus, and career development within the team

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience leading product teams and managing multiple Product Managers Skilled in agile/scrum methodologies and cross-functional team leadership Strong background in digital technologies with proven experience at working with partners and integrating 3rd party platforms to create e2e solutions Demonstrated ability to develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals Effective stakeholder management and influence at senior leadership levels Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision making Solid understanding of UX/UI design and service principles Experience working across global, matrix organizations and multiple digital sales channels
