We're now searching for a Head of Gaming Commercial - a strategic, forward-thinking leader who will shape the commercial direction and customer proposition for our UK Gaming brands. Reporting directly to the UK Gaming Director, you'll play a pivotal role in defining how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base, while ensuring a best-in-class experience at every stage of the journey.

What you will be doing:

Shape and execute a customer-centric UK Gaming strategy - driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth across William Hill Vegas and 888 Casino. Collaborate with senior stakeholders (including the UK Gaming Director, Head of Retention, and Head of 888) to define market positioning and deliver business-critical initiatives Partner with CLCM teams to design and deliver player-centric automations, offers, and communications that maximise customer value. Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across UK Gaming, CLCM, and wider group strategies to create seamless and efficient operations. Oversee budget allocation and commercial performance, ensuring investment decisions balance sustainable growth with operational efficiency. Work closely with the Head of Gaming Performance to drive a data-led approach to decision-making - identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with Analytics, BI, and Data Ops teams to ensure plans and performance initiatives are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable impact. Champion a performance-driven, customer-first culture that inspires innovation and excellence across all areas of UK Gaming.

Outstanding Gaming P&L understanding and strong commercial acumen. Proven success in leading Gaming commercial strategies and initiatives within a competitive market. A strategic mindset focused on driving operational efficiency and optimising budgets and investments for long-term growth.
