We're now looking for a Head of Gaming Performance to lead the charge. In this pivotal, strategic role, you'll drive the UK Gaming Performance strategy, enhancing retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value across our gaming verticals. By blending commercial insight with analytical precision, you'll shape how we understand, target, and retain our customers - ensuring our performance is as exceptional as our players' experiences.

What you will be doing:

Drive UK Gaming Performance across William Hill Vegas and 888 Casino, ensuring alignment with commercial and retention goals. Partner with the UK Gaming Director and senior stakeholders to embed data-driven sophistication into Retention Marketing and Lifecycle plans. Lead performance analytics - identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges to optimise business outcomes. Support Executive and Management reviews, providing clear insights and recommendations to shape strategic decisions. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to enhance reporting dashboards and ensure visibility of performance metrics. Deliver rigorous analysis of UK Gaming initiatives, ensuring strategies are supported by strong evidence and measurable results. Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data Science to align plans with business priorities and customer needs. Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring all decisions contribute to improved engagement and long-term value.

Exceptional understanding of Gaming P&L and advanced analytical capability. Proven experience leading Gaming commercial strategies and performance initiatives. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, able to inspire and develop high-performing teams. A degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Commercial Management is desirable.
