About the job

The Head of Generation Global leads the Ultimate Dialogue Adventure (UDA), an online and free programme for global citizenship education under Generation Global. The post holder is accountable for the growth and development of the programme for student and teachers and associated global citizenship events worldwide. The Head develops and oversees strategy for global reach and programme innovation, digital transformation, special projects, and a globally distributed team. The role requires representing and championing the program internally and externally with strategic and governmental partners and donors, and collaborating on thought leadership, fundraising, communications, and impact. In collaboration with the IB youth initiatives, the head of the UDA programme will advance youth empowerment and engagement by integrating youth activities as a core aspect of the IB educational experience amongst our diverse stakeholder groups.
