About the Role




The Head of Global Channel & Partner Growth leads Moodle's Certified Partner Program - a vital part of our commercial strategy. Over two decades, Moodle has built a global network of Certified Partners who deliver value-added services to Moodle users including custom development, hosting and learning design.


In this high-impact leadership role, you'll manage a globally distributed team of Channel Managers and be accountable for partner revenue growth, program expansion, compliance and partner retention. You'll design and deliver global strategies, drive operational excellence and ensure our partners thrive all whilst contributing to Moodle's mission to empower educators worldwide.

What You'll Do




Most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

Designing and executing a global partner growth strategy aligned with Moodle's goals Leading your team of Channel Managers across EMEA, LATAM and APAC to exceed revenue and partner performance targets and recruit new partners in their regions Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to unblock partner growth and embed best-in-class support Embedding scalable and consistent processes to strengthen partner management, contract compliance and reporting Acting as a senior escalation point for partner issues and navigating complex relationships with diplomacy and commercial acumen Leading revenue budgeting, forecasting and using data insights to drive decision-making Coaching and developing your team, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, consistency and continuous improvement

Especially if you can tell us about your:

Proven success leading channel or partner programs in a global tech or services organisation Commercial leadership experience, including revenue ownership and sales pipeline management Strength in coaching, motivating and scaling distributed teams across different regions Operational and project management skills with a strong grasp of systems, process design and data analysis Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, analytics and product teams Collaborative leadership style, grounded in impact, integrity and a growth mindset Experience working in remote teams and willingness to travel internationally as required Background in edtech, learning management systems, or education services (preferred but not essential)
