Global Head of Medical

We're seeking a senior Medical Affairs leader to shape and drive global strategy at a fast-growing biotech. This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining strategic vision with operational execution.
What you'll do:
Lead global medical affairs strategy: publications, advisory boards, field communications.
Build partnerships with KOLs, investigators, and advocacy groups.
Act as a therapeutic area expert and provide insights to guide company strategy.
Support clinical trial design and execution.
Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Science Liaisons.
What you'll bring:
15+ years in Medical Affairs, including senior leadership.
Advanced medical/scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
Proven success in building/scaling medical affairs functions.
Strong scientific, strategic, and people leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset in fast-paced environments.
