What you'll do (the role

)





Summary





Part of the People & Culture (P&C) leadership team, this position will be responsible for setting and maintaining an appropriate reward policy and process for a commercially oriented standalone business environment, ensuring robust corporate governance.





Core Responsibilities




Lead the development and delivery of LSbp's reward strategy as it evolves globally. Delivery of core global reward activities, base pay compensation, variable compensation and equity reward; plan design and implementation. Budget, plan and execute annual pay review for employees and executive leadership team. Preparation of remuneration committee papers and minutes. Develop and deliver reward communications to increase the understanding of the value of total reward to employees, managers and external talent. Ensure employee benefits are benchmarked externally, attractive and cost effective with maximisation of tax efficient opportunities. Ensuring consistency and co-ordination, in line with LSbp values, across the regional benefits platforms Monthly MI reporting on employee reward and benefit costs. Responsible for fairness and equity reviews across all employees and associated regulatory reporting Responsible for all benchmarking of new roles and responsibilities in the organisation aligned to a skill-based strategy.



Who we're looking for







Knowledge




Global Reward and Compensation Practices: In-depth understanding of global compensation structures, pay benchmarking, job evaluation, and equity reward programs. Benefits Management: Knowledge of global benefits design, vendor management, and tax-efficient benefit structures. Remuneration Governance: Understanding of executive remuneration, preparation of remuneration committee materials, and governance frameworks. HR Systems and Data: Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and data analytics tools for reporting and insights. Labour Market and Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of international labor laws, compliance requirements, and reporting standards (e.g., gender pay, fair pay reporting). Finance and Budgeting: Ability to manage compensation and benefit budgets and interpret financial data related to total reward.




Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.




Experience




Proven experience in global reward strategy development and execution. Strong understanding of base pay, variable compensation, and equity reward practices. Experience in managing remuneration committee processes and communications. Ability to deliver effective and clear reward communications. Knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and regulatory requirements.
