This is a key role within the CDE CustomCare Senior team, and the post holder will report to the Director/Head of CustomCare and will work closely with the other department heads to ensure the success of CustomCare (CC).
The Global Support function exists to provide technical support to the CustomCare teams globally. This support can range from process / plant optimisation through to upgrade design and installation. At the heart of the role lies CDE's data driven philosophy.
The post holder will be required not only to lead a team of technically competent engineers and support staff but to also champion CDE SmartTech and provide strong input into its future development. This post holder will also be responsible for training and information sharing within CustomCare.
This person will have both a proven technical and leadership track record and a history showing willingness to learn and develop both themselves and their teams. The ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally is key to success in this position.
