This is a great opportunity for an experienced governance professional looking for their next challenge. If you are experienced in shaping best-in-class governance, providing strategic as well as administrative support to board and committees, have a sharp focus on compliance and meeting regulatory requirements, we would like to hear from you.

A thorough understanding of corporate governance is essential, along with experience in advising boards and executive leaders on governance matters.

You will have a high level of personal integrity and an ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with a can-do attitude.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrable experience in a governance role or company secretary' role. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. A strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Why work for us?
