It involves developing and implementing processes for increasing non-financial reporting requirements, overseeing group controls, financial control compliance, and supporting the Group Financial Controller.

You'll manage initiatives like implementing group-wide credit card and expense policies, and support embedding finance's role in non-financial reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance, making a tangible difference across all AB Agri entities.
What you'll be doing:
+ Engaging with senior stakeholders across business units to develop and align financial policies such as credit card, expense policies, and approval limits.
+ Supporting AB Agri businesses in ensuring compliance, addressing internal audit points, and conducting control reviews on acquisitions.
+ Developing and implementing processes for non-financial data review, approval, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Treasury support: assisting the banking team with treasury activities and control requirements.
Ad hoc project support, providing assistance to the Group Financial Controller with various projects and queries as needed.

What you'll bring:
+ Qualified finance professional with substantial post-qualified experience.
+ Audit experience to assess and improve financial controls.
+ Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.
+ Communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders to effectively implement policies and controls.
Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and ad hoc queries in order to support the Group Financial Controller efficiently.
