What the job involves:
As Head of Halesowen Property Team, you'll be at the heart of our Residential Conveyancing team:
Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of Conveyancers, Paralegals, and Assistants
Manage a diverse caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more
Build strong relationships with clients and introducers, acting as the first point of contact for your team's network
Ensure smooth team operations--staffing, file allocation, training, and compliance
Drive team performance and client care while fostering professional growth across the department
What you need:
5+ years of qualified experience (or equivalent) in Residential Conveyancing
Proven people leadership skills--mentoring, training, and managing teams
Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and processes
A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
