Head of Health and Safety

Here's why you'll love this role...

Lead on the integration of health and safety into business planning, project management, and operations

Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, developing and maintaining frameworks, policies and procedures

Oversee audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively

Champion a strong health and safety culture throughout the organisation

Develop and deliver communication and training strategies to embed best practices

Here's why you'll be great in this role...

Extensive experience in health and safety, including in a senior leadership role

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety

Membership of IOSH or equivalent

Experience in high risk industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, energy, transport) is preferred

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
