Our firmly established Heritage Consultancy business are looking for an expert in the historic built environment ready to take on an exciting opportunity to lead it\xe2\x80\x99s talented team into a new era.
This is a key leadership role within our business which provides a unique opportunity for someone to build on it\xe2\x80\x99s diverse portfolio of clients and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team of passionate and talented Heritage Consultants in delivering projects throughout the Golden Triangle of London, Oxford, Cambridge and beyond. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients\' strategies for preserving and enhancing their real estate, finding creative and practical solutions that will push projects over the line.

The university and colleges are adopting ambitions decarbonisation plans and we are helping them navigate the challenges of reaching net zero. Our new Head of Heritage will be in the middle of these discussions balancing the impact on internationally renowned heritage assets.
Whilst you will work closely with our building teams, our residential and commercial colleagues and our rural teams and the Estates they manage we will encourage you to the develop new clients in the areas that interest you.
We are looking for someone whose as passionate about the historic built environment as they are about our clients and our people. Key to your role will be leading the commercial success of the business and driving sustainable growth, supporting the attraction, development and retention of our people and collaborating with other leaders from across our firm to deliver our group strategy.
About you:

• Extensive experience working in the Historic Built Environment, specifically in a leadership role
• Passionate about the Historic Built Environment

• A commercially minded professional
