two senior roles

that will shape our new People Strategy and transform our HR and OD services:

Head of HR Partnering

You will be respected as a trusted advisor and leader who makes change happen. You'll lead a high-performing HR partnering team, influencing senior leaders, and deliver workforce solutions across and within our Directorates that drive success in every aspect of the council's work.
