As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the service, ensuring HR operations are modern, customer-focused, and aligned with the University's future requirements.
You will lead the development and delivery of a new Shared Services model covering payroll, HR systems and data, reporting and analytics, and employee lifecycle support. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence, you will champion digital transformation, standardisation of processes, and a service culture that enhances the employee experience across all touchpoints.
