Job Description

Responsible for all retailer and broker introduced sales activity and to engage this network in Business Contract Hire sales in the B2B market, whilst holding strong relationships with our business partners. The job holder is responsible for the sales and performance management, as well as development of Leasys Indirect Sales team to ensure that Leasys sales volumes, penetration and margin targets are achieved. They are expected to manage through clear sales plans, measuring and reporting performance versus agreed KPI's.The role holder will need to build relationships with the brand B2B sales teams to ensure our respective Sales teams are focused and delivering B2B sales utilising Leasys products. They will be required to work closely with the Leasys Marketing team to define retailer and broker requirements enabling the teams to develop robust campaign and product offerings to target the SME market whilst adapting to meet customer needs and market changes. The role holder will need to conduct ongoing reviews of the customer sales journey and adapt support process to meet the demands and needs of our retailers.

The main responsibilities include:



Effective management of the Leasys Indirect Sales team to achieve Sales Targets set for the Indirect Channel incorporating all retailer and broker introduced business; Setting relevant sales and activity targets to enable effective team and individual performance management; to include ongoing personal development and coaching Develop a sales strategy to ensure sales targets for local business sector are achieved whilst ensuring growth in Leasys services offering to meet customer needs. The strategy needs to be determined, implemented and monitored for retailer and broker engagement, conquest lead management and renewal activity - consideration must be given to online customer journey and support for remote working practices Analyse, prepare and present weekly volume forecasts and monthly KPI achievements to the Sales Director along with managing performance through a clear sales and call plan to include visit reports Be a primary contributor towards the creation of the quarterly and ad-hoc sales campaigns, as well as contributing to the creation and subsequent implementation of new initiatives with the objective of improving sales, efficiencies and customer satisfaction Work closely with the Brands B2B sales teams to gain support in cultivating business Contract Hire activity within the sales messages and retailer performance management Prepare for, and attend and contribute in senior management meetings to present actual performance versus targets and actions for sales target achievement Contribute towards the development of the retailer point of sales marketing suites ensuring the relevant brief is developed and shared with the Marketing team, leading to the availability of support materials that will help deliver more leads and sales Ensure robust and clear internal processes are implemented and documented for all areas of the role's responsibilities. Put in place controls to support the adherence to policy and processes, as well as general compliance topics being monitored and enforced Review and propose tactical opportunities to the Exec Committee for review, to include committed stock and broker tactical Oversight of retailer and broker survey results; developing clear action plans to address any concern or process change needs.

The ideal candidate will have:



Strong people management and sales leadership skills. Ability to develop and build relationships with Senior Management / Directors at our Retailer and Broker partners. Good understanding of Business Contract Hire pricing components. Process management. Strong analytical skills. Good understanding of the Broker and Retailer markets and the wider Contract Hire sector. Previous Sales Management experience in the Broker or Retailer areas, ideally in both. Previous experience of working for a Broker or Retailer also desirable. Knowledge of pricing components is essential. People management experience is essential. Analytical skills are essential Basic skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint are essential
