Computershare has a unique opportunity for a Head of Infrastructure Architecture to join our team at a truly exciting time.
We are looking for a highly experienced individual to take on this role to directly oversee the architecture of the CTO estate. This pivotal role manages the design and architecture demand placed on the teams and ensures that roadmaps, design artefacts and standards are delivered to time and to quality expectations.
A role you will love
As our Head of Infrastructure Architecture, you will be a key member of the CTO Leadership team, ensuring the architecture capabilities are in place (principles, patterns, methodology, standards and current state) and aligned to wider technology global standards.
In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders from across the business, within the CTO group and broader technology Services team to deliver business value from our IT systems, whilst ensuring our systems and data are resilient & secure.
Other key responsibilities:
Lead an architecture team and wider CTO design community to deliver objectives and commitments.
Collaborate with our business owners, product teams and technology function stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps.
Own the architectural governance process embedding and executing an architectural review process with clear guidelines, inputs and outputs with the goal of improving design quality.
Deliver a step change in architecture and design capabilities of CTO teams, ensuring best practices are defined and implemented.
Represent and participate in global governance and architecture communities on behalf of the CTO group.
What will you bring to the role?
We are seeking a proactive and driven individual with a strong infrastructure technical background who has significant experience in leading an enterprise architecture team.
As this is a global role, you will need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, so you can effectively deal with people from different locations and different levels and cultures
