We are seeking a Head of IT - Applications and Data to lead on delivery, implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications and data platforms. From shaping digital strategy and overseeing implementations to ensuring robust data governance and innovation, your work will be at the heart of everything we do.
You'll have the freedom to influence major decisions, build collaborative relationships across the organisation, and lead critical initiatives that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced IT leader who brings a balance of strategic vision and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in managing application portfolios and data ecosystems across complex organisations
Excellent communication skills to explain technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders, senior leaders and board members
Strong experience with cloud technologies, enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration architectures
Understanding of PowerBi, SQL, SharePoint, Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Flows)
A passion for driving digital transformation, with the ability to inspire, challenge and guide cross-functional teams
A solid grasp of data governance, information security, and compliance frameworks
A track record of delivering value through technology innovation, process improvement, and strategic partnerships
