Head of Japan & RoW Partnering

This is a senior leadership role with a global remit, offering the opportunity to influence international programmes, build high-value relationships, and deliver complex projects that matter.

As Head of Japan & RoW Partnering, you will:

Lead and inspire

a team of professionals dedicated to delivering world-class transport and logistics solutions.

Shape strategy

for Japan and RoW markets, maximising value through international contracts and collaborations. Act as

Senior Responsible Owner (SRO)

for the Japan & RoW Programme, ensuring successful delivery across the full lifecycle of projects for Japanese Utilities and other global customers.

Represent NTS internationally

, building strong relationships with customers, regulators, and stakeholders to cement our reputation as the trusted global partner.

What You'll Do



Drive strategic growth and innovation across Japan and RoW markets. Oversee programme delivery, governance, and performance reporting to the NTS Executive and Board. Manage supply chain needs and ensure alignment with NTS processes. Support major international programmes such as

MOX, HLW, Kansai, Fugen, AUKUS, and US DoE initiatives

What We're Looking For



A proven leader with experience in

highly regulated, safety-critical environments

. Strong strategic and project management expertise. Deep understanding of

RAM transport

in Japan and other international markets. Ability to build relationships at all levels and across cultures. A track record of driving performance and continuous improvement.

Essential:



Degree in engineering, science, or business (or equivalent experience). Experience in strategy development and implementation. SC clearance (or ability to obtain).
