Learning Disabilities & Mental Health Services
. This is a key strategic role responsible for shaping service delivery, driving innovation, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for adults with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational management for Learning Disabilities & Mental Health services.
Lead service transformation, ensuring compliance with the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and best-practice standards.
Manage budgets, set performance targets, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
Build strong partnerships with health, community, and voluntary sector organisations.
Champion a culture of inclusion, co-production, and continuous improvement.
About You
Extensive senior management experience in adult social care or mental health services.
In-depth knowledge of statutory frameworks and national policy.
Strong leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualified Social Worker or relevant professional background preferred.
