Responsibilities



The legal team is growing together with our company and is committed to provide top-end in-house legal services to our internal clients. We are looking for a competent candidate to join us to work closely with internal stakeholders to provide pragmatic and strategic advice on innovative enterprise and consumer product offerings and services in the region.



This position provides candidates with a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Candidates must be highly collaborative, self-motivated, adept at strategic thinking, and intellectually curious.



Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic legal support frameworks aligned with the business's global development goals. Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to anticipate legal needs in new markets, regional expansions, and cross-border initiatives, providing proactive legal guidance to shape global business strategies and mitigate potential legal risks. Serve as the primary legal partner for enterprise business units globally (exl. China), delivering end-to-end legal support throughout the business lifecycle, from new product launches, commercial partnerships, and large-scale client engagements to revenue-driving initiatives. Translate complex legal requirements into actionable business recommendations, enabling the business to pursue growth opportunities while upholding legal and regulatory standards. Drive the design and implementation of global legal compliance programs tailored to enterprise business operations, ensuring adherence to local, regional, and international laws. Monitor compliance adoption across business teams, conduct regular legal risk assessments, and lead corrective actions to address gaps, fostering a culture of legal compliance within the organization. Leverage deep expertise in enterprise business operations (e.g., B2B services, large-scale commercial transactions, enterprise product ecosystems) to provide specialized legal advice. Demonstrate strong proficiency in product law, commercial contract law, and industry-specific regulations, leading the team to deliver high-quality, business-aligned legal solutions that balance risk and innovation. Effectively allocate global legal resources to prioritize critical business needs and resolve complex legal issues efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams, through clear communication, active listening, and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring legal support is integrated seamlessly into business workflows.

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications:



Minimum of 3+ years specializing in enterprise business legal support (e.g., B2B commercial transactions, enterprise product legal counsel, cross-border business expansions). At least 3 years of team leadership experience, including managing a legal BP team or a specialized corporate legal team that supports business units directly. Strong command of commercial contract law, product law, and enterprise business-related regulations. Demonstrated ability to apply this expertise to resolve complex legal issues in enterprise business scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:



In-house experience in an international organization. Strong collaboration, documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently on many different projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of problem solving and proactive work ethic. Determination to face tough challenges in a fast-paced environment while keeping a sense of humor. High level of proficiency/fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for global stakeholder collaboration
