Job Description


Royal Holloway is looking to appoint a Head of Legal Services.

As the Head of Legal Services, you will play a key role in providing strategic leadership and direction to the Legal Department within RHUL.

You will oversee and manage the provision on a wide range of legal services relating to the University including: drafting and negotiating complex agreements, managing litigation and dispute resolution processes and advising on intellectual property issues, research agreements, student complaints and appeals, employment issues, research ethics and the legal aspect of funding agreements

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. However, the post holder may be required to work at any of the locations where Royal Holloway\'s business is conducted, including our central London sites.
