Head of Litigation - Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Location: Warwick
Salary: 75,000 - 90,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits
Are you a dynamic senior litigator ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm based in Warwick, is seeking an ambitious Head of Litigation - Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to lead their growing dispute resolution team.
The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a thriving litigation department with an existing and loyal client base. You will handle a varied caseload of corporate and commercial disputes, including:
- Contractual and shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence
- Partnership and director conflicts
- Commercial debt recovery and enforcement matters
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience
- Excellent commercial acumen and a client-focused approach
- Ambition to shape and grow a team in a supportive, forward-thinking firm
