Key Responsibilities
Lead workforce planning and resourcing across multiple Distribution Centres.
Configure, maintain, and optimise UKG (Kronos) for scheduling, absence management, and reporting.
Deliver clear, actionable insights through advanced Excel reporting and dashboards.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to improve processes and align workforce planning with company financial goals.
Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in resourcing.
Skills and Experience
Proven expertise in UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management (configuration, reporting, and support).
Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Query/Power Pivot).
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and labour cost analysis.
Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator - able to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong background in financial analysis, workforce planning, and process improvement.
