About this Position As our Country Logistics Manager, you will lead regional logistics operations, driving performance, sustainability, and growth. You'll oversee the full logistics infrastructure across Europe, ensuring smooth operations, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of logistics, balancing operational excellence with innovation and efficiency.
What youll do

• Lead and develop logistics strategy to align with global and regional goals while meeting local market needs.
• Oversee all logistics operations across one external warehouse site and one internal co-packing/warehouse site.
• Take full ownership of budgets, operational costs, and performance metrics for both sites.
• Manage and inspire a team of 65 logistics professionals, including white- and blue-collar staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation, customs, and trade regulations.
• Represent the business in key logistics and industry forums to strengthen market presence.
