Are you a Head of Engineering / Maintenance looking to work for an industry giant that will offer you autonomy to create your own maintenance schedules, work for a large stable business and receive industry related training?
On offer is the opportunity to join a Timber powerhouse that is based across Scotland and Northern Ireland. They provide a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland. This includes major housebuilders.
This is a varied role where you will oversee a team of Fitters and Electricians within and industrial environment. You will ensure the plant is running smoothly through the continuous improvement of maintenance schedules.
This role would suit a Head of Engineering / Maintenancefrom a heavy industry background looking for a role within a large stable company who will offer you the autonomy to make the mark your own.
The responsibilities:

Leading the Maintenance team in a range of planned and reactive maintenance
Planning and developing effective maintenance schedules
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Requirements:

Head of Engineering / Maintenance
Experience working in industrial / plant environment
Engineering qualification
