We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Data Rationalisation Manager to lead and manage the rationalisation of data and reports requested from syndicates. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of a matrixed business environment, understand diverse stakeholder needs, and drive initiatives that reduce the burden on syndicates while enhancing Lloyd's able to perform its functions and create operational effectiveness.
Principal AccountabilitiesLead the rationalisation of data and report requests from syndicates, ensuring alignment with the objective of minimising operational burden to the market. Develop and implement a repeatable framework to rationalise each data source/report facilitating efficient ingestion for the syndicates and the business Enhance downstream processes and operating model by implement data changes to streamline data ingestion and processing, leading to more efficient downstream operations and a more effective organisation. Collaborate with the affected business functions (primarily Markets and Finance) to drive best results utilising experienced knowledge of the area Manage a complex matrix of business functions, understanding their business and data needs and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Drive the transformation of data interactions with syndicates and clients, enhancing the user interface and overall experience within the Lloyd's market. Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes and alignment with strategic goals. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including the LMA and chosen syndicate representatives, internal teams, and external partners. Manage and support changes into BAU, building capability internally on all associated changes to enable teams/individuals to self-manage and drive continuous improvement Coordinate the resourcing, structure and planning of all the initiatives to ensure that any barriers to effective and timely delivery are recognised and mitigated against. Monitor and ensure effective management of all dependencies and constraints on the projects both internally and across the market. Programme Management delivery and communication of all stages of the projects, and the co-ordination of and attendance at relevant programme steering group(s), ensuring comprehensive programme documentation is created and maintained. Have primary responsibility for resolving all issues and conflicts throughout the programme; assessing and mitigating all project risks throughout the programme life-cycle. Exploit the value of data, and with a commercial astuteness, rationalise activities to drive the most commercial value and realisation of benefits. Drive the development and implementation of a customer-centric product that aims to reduce market friction, enhancing the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

Skills Knowledge and Experience
Extensive programme and project management experience in a business change context
Understanding of data governance, structures and stewardship
Proven ability to operate/challenge/communicate at a Senior Management/Executive level within

an organisation.
Substantial experience in managing organisations and people in a change environment.
Knowledge of Underwriting and/or Actuarial Functions
Extensive knowledge and experience of Lloyd's/insurance, or within a highly regulated industry
Sound understanding of product and service development lifecycles
Comprehensive Knowledge of Project Management Techniques: Up-to-date and thorough understanding of best practice project management, programme, portfolio, and change management techniques
Expertise in the Commercial Re/Insurance Market: In-depth knowledge of the commercial

re/insurance market, including insurance company functions, processes, and risk management,

preferably gained within the Lloyd's market
Proficiency in Project Delivery Methodologies
Extensive knowledge of best practice project delivery methodologies and successful project governance principles
Ability to Build Scalable Programme Frameworks
Expertise in developing scalable programme frameworks to accelerate delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage, influence, challenge and negotiate with

diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
