Role overview
You will own our go to market across four pillars: Content Studio, Growth and Lifecycle, Partnerships and Community, Brand and Comms. You will work closely with the founder on direction, then run the operating system that brings it to life. You will build a compact, high performing team and set a clear cadence that ships every week.
What you will do
Lead a consistent publishing engine across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and our owned channels
Own full funnel growth: paid media, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), SEO, lifecycle email and SMS, and attribution
Build and run partner programs for creators and hobby retailers with clear goals, tracking and co marketing plans
Hire, coach and manage a lean team across content, growth, partnerships and brand or design
Set the marketing operating rhythm: planning, shared calendars, weekly reviews, dashboards and post mortems
Handle launch and product marketing: positioning, launch kits, sales enablement, PR and press outreach
Grow and protect the brand: messaging, visual standards, titles and thumbnails, event communications
Work closely with Operations, Product, Customer Support and Finance to make sure promises match delivery
What you will bring
Proven builder who has created or scaled a content led growth function at a consumer brand, marketplace, creator led company or gaming or collectibles business
Strong content instincts for format, story, hooks and packaging, with a portfolio that shows repeatable success on YouTube and TikTok
Growth rigor across paid acquisition, CRO, SEO, lifecycle and analytics, with clear CAC and payback thinking and a test and learn mindset
Leadership experience hiring and developing multi disciplinary teams with a clear operating cadence and strong executive communication
Partnerships experience designing creator, affiliate or retail programs that drive measurable outcomes
Nice to have
Background in collectibles, gaming or sports
Experience in the US and or Japan, bilingual JP or EN is a plus
Comfortable on camera or with live or event formats
