The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a full funnel marketing strategy that supports rapid growth. You will lead all marketing activity across brand, demand generation, digital, and communications, while building and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing marketing team
Own demand generation and performance marketing (PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRO)
Develop strong brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
Manage budgets, forecasting, and ROI reporting
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
Use data, analytics, and insight to optimise performance continuously
Essential Requirements
Extensive experience in a SaaS technology company (non-negotiable)
Proven experience managing and scaling a marketing function
Strong background in growth, demand generation, and performance marketing
Experience leading and developing teams
Data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable
B2B SaaS experience
Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
International marketing exposure
